Our goal is to offer the highest effective wage in the market, which includes base pay, commission, productivity bonuses, and tips. Last week, our average effective wage was $31.27 per hour, with no one earning less than $20 per hour. We offer both part-time and full-time positions, and provide hands-on training to ensure your success. Plus, just for coming in for an interview, you will receive free shears worth $199 (retail value). A cosmetology or barber's license is required to join our team.

Hair Stylist/Barber Qualifications:

• Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements may vary by state/province)
• A passion for building genuine connections with customers and providing great haircuts
• The desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience (don't worry, training will be provided)
• The ability to work collaboratively with teammates to create a supportive and positive salon atmosphere
