Your responsibilities will include bringing and organizing shopping carts, minimizing customer wait time at the register, assigning tasks to team members, and maintaining the safety and appearance of the front-end and parking lot areas.

What will I do?

• Engage customers in friendly conversation, making eye contact and smiling
• Assign tasks to team members and ensure smooth daily operations
• Communicate effectively with inside front-end team members to ensure timely customer assistance
• Maintain the appearance and safety of the parking lot
