Responsibilities:
- Support project teams both at client sites and internally
- Manage client relationships, implement solutions, and generate project results
- Create and present high-quality deliverables that support project workstreams
- Analyze data, identify trends and gaps, and make recommendations for improvement
- Develop specialized industry knowledge and consulting skills
- Possibility to progress to Senior Consultant role as project management and leadership abilities grow
Requirements:
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment with changing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field (MBA or MA/MS degree is a plus)
- 1 or more years of experience in banking, insurance, or capital markets (consulting experience preferred)
- Knowledge and experience in areas such as banking regulations, technology strategy, business process improvement, and change management
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Ability to deliver high-quality work with attention to detail
- Experience working on time-sensitive projects and willingness to travel up to 100% for client engagements
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Prior management consulting experience
- Certifications such as CPA, Lean Six Sigma, or PMP
Compensation:
The annual salary range for this position is $60,000-$90,000, depending on experience and location.
