About the Fulfillment role:

As a Fulfillment Expert, you will be part of a team that ensures our guests receive their orders accurately and efficiently. This role involves picking, packing, sorting, and shipping products to provide convenience and quality for our guests. You will have the opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic work environment and develop skills in areas such as inventory management and process improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Create a welcoming experience for all guests
• Engage with guests, understand their specific needs, and provide assistance
• Pick, prep, pack, and sort guest orders
• Meet productivity metrics and fulfill guest orders in a timely manner
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
• Support other guest services when needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members
• Ability to learn and adapt to current technology
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail
• Ability to lift or move merchandise up to 40 pounds
• Flexibility in work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
