Job Summary:

As a Utility Attendant in our Supply Chain Facility, you will play a crucial role in ensuring fast and efficient product delivery to our guests. You will be involved in maintaining the Distribution Center, assisting in light mechanical work, carpentry, plumbing tasks, preventive maintenance programs, and other related duties. You'll have an opportunity to positively impact thousands of team members and guests worldwide, setting Target apart from our competitors.

Responsibilities:

• Perform minor maintenance tasks and general upkeep of the Distribution Center
• Assist Maintenance Mechanics with light mechanical work
• Complete light carpentry tasks and minor plumbing repairs
• Participate in preventive maintenance programs
• Operate power equipment and vehicles while adhering to safety protocols
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and surrounding areas

About You:

• Possess or ability to obtain a valid driver's license
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
• Effective communication skills
• Basic math skills and ability to read labels, tickets, instructions, etc.
• Physical ability to lift and carry merchandise/equipment
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
