Short Description Join our team to contribute your expertise to the design and development of a pilot outpatient Suboxone treatment program. You will work alongside a physician medical lead and program managers. Your role will involve providing substance abuse counseling services to adult patients, including assessment, treatment planning, counseling, psychoeducation, case management, advocacy, and follow-up. Additionally, you will conduct mental health assessments, consult with medical teams for treatment planning, and develop self-care plans for patients. You'll also support protocol-driven substance abuse treatment and provide behavioral health care management support for our Suboxone patient panel. Experience Required - Minimum 3 years full-time experience in substance abuse counseling - Experience in behavioral health as a clinical provider, including biopsychosocial evaluations and psychotherapy.
