Job Responsibilities: - Develop inclusive communication strategies and create content to support HR and workforce-related initiatives. - Provide strategic communications support for recruitment promotions, new employee onboarding, learning and development, performance management, talent development, and retirement experience. - Participate in special project teams and prepare executive communications on HR-related content. - Coordinate communication plans for companywide cultural employee events. - Partner with HR to develop communications plans for onboarding new employees. - Utilize various employee communication channels, including intranet, town halls, bulletin boards, and explore new channels in collaboration with Quad Communications. - Identify storytelling opportunities with colleagues in Marketing Communications to share externally. Scope Examples: - BeQuad.com (external) - MyQuad (internal) - Recruiting and retention communications campaigns - Total rewards (compensation, benefits, QLIFE, and QuadMed liaison) - Employee events and other employee engagement communication - Workforce and talent spotlights Job Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or related field. - 7+ years of experience in HR communications in a large, complex organization. - Strong research and writing skills. - Knowledge of merger and acquisition and restructuring communications. - Ability to adapt content for different audiences and channels. - Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe products. - Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks. - Innovative approach to achieving communication goals.
