    Job Description

    The Inventory Control Specialist – Cycle Counter will be responsible for ensure accurate and current inventory records in all warehouses and manufacturing facility.

    • Weekly & Monthly reconciliation of inventory between SAP and all inventoried locations.
    • Ensure traceability from receipt, manufacturing, and storage through consumption.
    • Responsible for auditing daily inventories at warehouses and identifying min/max and reorder points.
    • Responsible for supporting Shipping/Receiving lead in daily operation.
    • Responsible for supporting Inventory Control Department/Production Control Department daily to support seamless manufacturing operation.
    • Works closely with Purchasing regarding Damaged Materials, Returns, and purchase requisitions in SAP.
    • Supports Finance regarding Invoicing errors pertaining to material receipt.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    We are looking for an energetic candidate who will be accountable for the control, movement, usage, reconciliation and accurate reporting of finished goods, raw material, and purchased components pertinent to Manufacturing, Purchasing, Scheduling, Finance within the Production Control Department.

    • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong expertise with Microsoft Excel and SAP or equivalent ERP system.
    • Critical thinking is required to proactively spot problems and develop effective solutions with management.
    • You will be a member of a results driven team. You will work closely with all departments within the organization.
    • Must have excellent multitasking and prioritization capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Must be able to adapt to changing demands.
    • Must possess excellent communication skills with internal and external customers.
    • Must have at least 5 years Forklift operation experience.
    • Excellent knowledge in Modular Construction, including all construction materials.
