We believe in being part of an open, collaborative, entrepreneurial, passionate, and fun team. - Your main responsibilities will be processing customer payments and exceptions accurately and on time, preparing customer payments for processing, 10-key data entry, performing research and adjustment activities, and balancing credits and debits within transactions. - You will also be responsible for MICR line repair, working under deadlines and in a team environment, and any other related duties as assigned. Schedule: Not a Remote Position - Full-time position with 40 hours per week. Overtime opportunities are available. - Regular schedule of 5 days on and 2 days off, assigned from Monday to Sunday, from 3:00 am to 9:00 pm. What You Bring: - Willingness to work a flexible schedule - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Capacity to lift or move up to 20 pounds - Proficient written and oral communication skills for interacting with colleagues and external customers/clients - Knowledge of verification and distribution of computer output - Knowledge of client transactions processing and producing output through computer operations - Knowledge of item processing procedures and techniques - Knowledge of remittance processing specifications - Ability to identify errors in calculations and balances Added Bonus: - General knowledge of remittance - Banking experience - Data entry experience - Payments processing experience, especially handling checks Sign-On Bonus: - The sign-on bonus is divided into two payments: 25% within the first 30 days of employment and 75% within 30 days after completing 180 days of employment. - The sign-on bonus offered is $2,500. Current FIS employees and those employed within the last 3 months are not eligible for the sign-on bonus.
