You will handle administrative processes, scheduling, work orders, invoicing, and provide excellent customer service through in-person interactions, phone calls, and emails. Your responsibilities: - Greet customers at the shop and resolve their concerns creatively and efficiently. - Handle incoming calls, emails, and faxes related to service issues, pricing, warranties, dispatch, and more. - Manage work order information, including insurance verification and additional parts. - Perform administrative tasks such as buyouts, invoices, and processing credit memos. - Review orders from the national contact center and manage dealer part orders. - Other duties as assigned. Requirements: - High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent. - 1-3 years of telephone operations or business administration experience. - Ability to provide world-class customer service in a fast-paced environment. - Professional appearance and willingness to wear personal protective equipment. - Ability to travel up to 10%.
