About the Position
As an On-Demand Team Member at Target, you have the flexibility to work as little or as much as you want. You can create your own schedule by picking up shifts that suit your availability and preferences. This role is perfect for individuals who need a personalized work schedule.
Your active engagement is important in this role. You must pick up and work shifts when they are available and respond to our attempts to contact you. Regular attendance is necessary, and at least one shift must be worked within 6 months to maintain employment.
If you are offered a position, you will attend a Target Welcome orientation and receive structured training to prepare you for your role. Once trained, you can use the myTime mobile scheduling app to pick up the shifts you want to work.
About Service & Engagement
As a Guest Advocate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests. You will welcome and assist guests, solve any concerns they may have, and ensure their shopping experience is positive and enjoyable.
