At our salon, we strive to provide fair wages to all our team members. We have the highest effective wage in the market, with an average of $31.43 per hour last week. We believe in valuing our employees and ensuring that no one earns less than $20 per hour. We offer both full-time and part-time positions, and provide hands-on training to help you succeed. Plus, just by coming in for an interview, we'll give you a free pair of shears worth $199, and a $300 signing bonus if you join our team! We require a cosmetology or barber license for our stylists and barbers.

Hair Stylist/Barber Qualifications:

• Cosmetology and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
• The desire to build genuine connections with customers and provide great haircuts
• The willingness to deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience (don’t worry, we provide training)
• The ability to work collaboratively with your teammates to create a supportive and positive salon environment
