Join the 2024 FIS University Summer Internship Program!

As an intern in the FIS University Program, you will be part of a dynamic team. You will work on team projects, attend social events, participate in professional development seminars, and receive guidance from mentors. This is a full-time paid internship that will start on June 3, 2024, and end on August 9, 2024.

About the Team

Join our exciting team that collaboratively designs, develops, and implements lead generating campaigns to prevent fraud. Our team is known for its collaborative culture, and we work closely together as partners. You will have the opportunity to lead projects, analyze business requirements, provide direction to development teams, and evaluate trends across the company and clients.

What You Will Be Doing

• Analyze and understand the business goals and needs in the financial services industry.
• Conduct research and analysis to support business operations.
• Propose and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the IT and Operations team to perform user acceptance testing.
• Develop metrics for process measurement and identify areas for improvement.
• Facilitate quality improvement efforts.

What You Bring

• High School Diploma (Bachelor's degree pursuit preferred)
• Currently a rising senior (graduating between December 2024 and May 2025)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
