Your Impact

As a customer service representative, you play a crucial role in our team. You will be the eyes and ears for us, handling customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to provide excellent service. Your Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries with care
• Provide exceptional service through active listening
• Handle confidential customer information sensitively
• Strive to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive
• Communicate effectively with customers

What We’re Looking for

• Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
• Must be over 18 years of age
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
• High School Graduate or GED
• Comfortable with using a desktop computer
• Strong oral and written communication skills

What We Prefer

• Experience in a call center environment
• Logical problem-solving skills
• Flexible availability to work various shifts
• Proficiency in using Windows operating systems
• Strong organization and prioritization skills
