Fulfillment Expert Position Available at Target

Starting Hourly Rate: $19.25 USD per hour

ALL ABOUT FULFILLMENT

The fulfillment team at Target is responsible for ensuring our guests receive their orders accurately and efficiently. This role involves picking, packing, sorting, and shipping products. Our goal is to provide convenience and quality to our guests.

What you can expect as a Fulfillment Expert:

• Work in a dynamic environment with changing guest ordering patterns
• Learn to assess daily business needs and meet digital demand
• Utilize reporting systems to understand guest traffic patterns
• Develop skills in retail business fundamentals, including sales trends and inventory management

Responsibilities of a Fulfillment Expert:

• Welcome and assist guests with their needs
• Observe guests' body language and verbal cues to understand how to best help them
• Engage with guests, ask questions to better understand their needs, and improve their experience
• Select, prepare, pack, and sort guest orders for pickup, drive up, or shipment
• Meet productivity metrics and fulfillment goals
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow safety guidelines and best practices
• Support other guest services as needed
• Perform other duties as required

• Ability to learn and adapt to new technology
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills

Additional Expectations:

• Ability to handle cash register operations
• Comfortable with climbing ladders
• Physical ability to scan, handle, and move merchandise (up to 40 pounds)
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
