About the role:
As a Bindery Specialist at Target, you will work in a team environment to finish and kit printed marketing, promotional, and training materials. You will operate various finishing equipment and collaborate with peers and contractors on assembly projects. The materials you produce will be used in our stores, recruiting efforts, and shipped directly to our guests.
About you:
To be successful in this role, you should have a high school diploma or GED. You should be able to work independently, follow instructions, and lift heavy objects (50+ pounds). The ability to work 12-hour shifts and stand for long periods of time is also required.
