About the Role

As an Assets Protection Specialist, you will play a crucial role in keeping our guests, team members, and brand safe and secure. Your responsibilities will include preventing theft and fraud, implementing safety practices, and monitoring surveillance systems. No two days will be the same, and you will have the opportunity to develop skills and make a meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong time management and prioritization abilities

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to climb ladders
• Capable of apprehending subjects according to company policies
• Ability to handle and move merchandise, including lifting up to 40 pounds
• Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
