We are currently seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to join our corporate marketing team. In this role, you will collaborate with internal marketing teams and external partners to support customer acquisition through various channels. The ideal candidate has experience with B2B campaigns, paid media, strong communication and organizational skills, and stays updated on digital channels. Responsibilities: - Work with product marketing lead to develop media strategy for product or vertical campaigns. - Conduct research on media outlets and target audience for specific campaigns. - Develop and manage the user journey, integrating all channels to create a cohesive media plan. - Identify and manage partnerships with third-party publishers. - Present campaign user flow and media strategy to product leads and senior leadership. - Collaborate with other marketing teams to integrate plans and create a cohesive media strategy. - Manage execution of performance marketing channels and oversee third-party marketing tactics. - Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance to ensure objectives are met. - Analyze data and provide recommendations for future campaigns. - Stay updated on new media and user flow concepts. - Support team members on other initiatives when needed. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field. - 7+ years of experience in marketing, paid and performance media channels, or related areas. - Strong understanding of integrated marketing and creating cross-channel media plans. - Knowledge of paid digital and social marketing channels. - Experience in strategizing and executing digital campaigns. - Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics. - Excellent communication and organizational skills.
