Starting Hourly Rate: $15.75 USD

Responsibilities of an On-Demand Team Member:

• Work flexible hours depending on availability and store needs
• Create your own work schedule by picking up shifts via our mobile scheduling app
• Prioritize active engagement by picking up and working shifts and responding to communication attempts
• Maintain regular attendance and work at least one shift within 6 months
• Attend Target Welcome orientation and complete structured training

Responsibilities of a Guest Advocate:

• Create an inclusive guest experience by welcoming and assisting all guests
• Understand guest needs and provide appropriate solutions and assistance
• Promote and sell various benefits, offerings, and services
• Ensure efficient and accurate scanning and bagging of items
• Inform guests about current and upcoming brand launches, store activities, and events
• Provide assistance with returns and resolve any guest concerns
• Maintain a clean work area and stock supplies
• Prioritize safety and compliance at all times
• Support order pick up, drive-up, and registry services

• Positive attitude towards guests and team members
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
