Flexible Work Schedule - On Demand Team Member

As an On-Demand Team Member, you have the freedom to work as much or as little as you like. Your schedule may vary depending on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those looking for a personalized work schedule.

Your Responsibilities as an On-Demand Team Member:

• Create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile scheduling app
• Respond to our attempts at contact and actively engage by picking up and working shifts
• Regular attendance is necessary, and you must work at least one shift within 6 months
• Attend a Target Welcome orientation and commit to a short-term structured training schedule

About the Guest Advocate Role:

As a Guest Advocate, you'll be an advocate for our guests' experience. You'll welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations. Your role includes engaging with guests, solving concerns, and making their shopping experience effortless and seamless.

Your Responsibilities as a Guest Advocate:

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience
• Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting and observing guests
• Engage with guests to understand their needs and provide solutions
• Be knowledgeable about our products, services, and store offerings
• Thank guests for choosing Target and provide information on upcoming events
• Assist guests with returns and resolve any concerns following company policies
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and comply with safety standards

Additional Information:

• You must be able to handle cash register operations and cash transactions accurately
• You must be able to scan, handle, and move merchandise safely (up to 15-40 pounds)
• A flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required
• As an On-Demand Team Member, you are required to actively engage by picking up and working shifts, as well as responding to our attempts at contact
