All About On-Demand Flexible Opportunities

As an On-Demand team member, you have the flexibility to work as much or as little as you like. Your schedule may vary depending on shift availability and store needs. This role is perfect for those who want a personalized work schedule.

As an On-Demand team member, you will have the opportunity to create your own schedule by picking up shifts that work best with your availability. You will use our myTime mobile scheduling app to view and choose available shifts. We ask for your active engagement by picking up and working shifts and responding to our attempts at contact.

We will contact you throughout the year to confirm your interest and availability for shifts. It's important to maintain regular attendance and work at least one shift within 6 months to continue your employment with Target.

Once you are hired as an On-Demand team member, you will attend a Target Welcome orientation and participate in a short-term structured training schedule to ensure you are prepared for your role. After that, you can use the myTime mobile scheduling app to pick up shifts that suit your needs.

We are looking for Guest Advocates who are passionate about creating a welcoming and inclusive experience for all our guests. As a Guest Advocate, you will go above and beyond to exceed guest expectations by providing exceptional service and assistance.

Key responsibilities of a Guest Advocate include:

• Welcoming and greeting guests
• Understanding and anticipating guest needs
• Assisting guests with product information and services
• Promoting and selling various benefits and offerings
• Ensuring efficient and accurate checkout processes
• Providing support for Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and other guest services
• Keeping work areas clean and organized

What To Expect

As an On-Demand team member, you will have a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Regular attendance is necessary, and we appreciate your active engagement by picking up and working shifts. If you don't respond to our attempts to contact you or don't work at least one shift within 6 months, your employment with Target will be administratively terminated.
