Job Responsibilities:

• Execute functions related to Tax Information Reporting, including preparation and filing of forms, and staying up to date with IRS regulations.
• Research and respond to client inquiries.
• Provide expertise in tax reporting and lead operational and project initiatives.
• Develop best practices and ensure compliance with tax reporting requirements.
• Support the FRSS Service Delivery model and engage with stakeholders.
• Support audits and maintain strict regulatory and compliance standards.
• Review and update tax policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of U.S. tax reporting rules and forms.
• Experience in tax research and reconciliations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders.
• Experience with process re-engineering and automation preferred.
• Ability to drive transformative initiatives and act as a change agent.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to interact with all levels of internal customers and senior management.
• Liaison with Corporate Tax for complex inquiries.
• Must be eligible to work in the US. VISA sponsorship not available.
