The fulfillment team at Target ensures that our guests get what they want, when they want it, and how they want it. They are experts in operations, processes, and efficiency, and they play a crucial role in providing convenience and quality to our guests.

As a Fulfillment Expert at Target, you can expect:

• Dynamic work environment where your daily tasks vary based on guest ordering patterns
• Opportunity to assess daily business and utilize tools to meet digital demand
• Knowledge of reporting systems to understand and adapt to changing digital guest traffic patterns
• Experience in retail fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency

Responsibilities of a Fulfillment Expert may include:

• Welcoming all guests and understanding their needs
• Engaging with guests in a genuine and helpful manner
• Providing information about products, services, and tools available in the store
• Selecting and preparing items for order pickup, drive up, and home shipment
• Ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency in packing and sorting guest orders
• Meeting productivity metrics and guest order promise times
• Maintaining a safe and organized workspace
• Following safety guidelines, product quality standards, and ethical conduct
• Supporting guest services like cashier duties and order pick up

Skills and requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old

Additional Expectations:

• Handling cash register operations accurately
• Ability to climb ladders
• Efficient and safe handling and movement of merchandise (up to 40 pounds)
• Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
