About On-Demand Guest Advocates

As an On-Demand Guest Advocate, you can work as much or as little as you like, creating a personalized work schedule. You have the flexibility to pick up shifts that fit your availability using our myTime mobile scheduling app.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage with guests, creating an inclusive and positive experience
• Adapt to different guest interactions and situations
• Assist guests with their specific needs and provide product knowledge and services
• Process orders efficiently and accurately
• Advocate for digital services and solutions, promoting the Target RedCard and other offerings
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support guest services such as order pick up and drive-up
