Location: Must reside in CT
Hybrid position: 20% travel
Position Purpose: As a Quality Performance Specialist, your role is to connect with healthcare providers and support them in improving the quality of care they deliver. You will share reports and key performance indicators, collaborate with providers on addressing barriers to quality measures, and share best practices to help providers deliver the best care possible.
Your responsibilities will include:
Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Associate's degree preferred. 2+ years of experience in clinical and member experience quality. Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
License/Certification: Driver’s license required. Pharmacy Technician, Medical Assistant, Licensed Vocational Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Social Work licensure preferred.
Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
Pay Range: $18.27 - $31.10 per hour. Actual pay will be based on individual skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
