    What You Will Do :

    - Support the Office of Talent and Organizational Development for the Federal Transit Administration - Provide communications support for learning and talent development programs with a focus on leadership and diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) initiatives - Create and manage various communications content to engage stakeholders, including web content, blogs, emails, and presentations - Maintain a communications calendar and ensure timely delivery of planned communications - Develop communications approach for promoting learning opportunities - Edit content and collaborate with client staff and design department for monthly publications - Support the development and implementation of strategic communications for the client and project team - Actively participate in business development activities - Contribute to the team's industry knowledge and capabilities through internal firm initiatives

    What You Will Need :

    - 3 years of experience - Bachelor’s degree - Strong writing and editing skills - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - Organizational and task management skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Professional acumen for client-facing role - Enthusiasm for supporting DEIA initiatives - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

    **What Would Be Nice To Have : **

    - Experience in management consulting - Demonstrated experience in a communications role - Experience in multi-platform content development and communications planning - Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, MS Project, Teams, Outlook
