Job Title: Guest Advocate

Salary: $17.75 USD per hour

What You'll Do

• Welcome and greet guests with a genuine smile
• Understand and meet the unique needs of each guest
• Assist guests in finding products, services, and solutions
• Promote and sell benefits, offerings, and services
• Process guest transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support and engage with guests through various channels (in-store, online, etc.)
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve concerns
• Stay up-to-date on new products, events, and promotions
• Comply with safety and ethical standards
