Job Opportunity: Technical Project Manager We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our Retail Wireless Platform and Project Management Team under the Retail Wireless Operations team. In this role, you will work in a collaborative, fast-paced, and ever-evolving environment, spanning the Boost Mobile pre- and post-paid brands, as well as other DISH organizations. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resources, and risk management. - Provide effective leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, curiosity, and accountability. - Coordinate with the cross-functional team to clearly define business requirements and the desired product/project solution. - Monitor project progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure timely delivery and achievement of objectives. - Communicate project updates to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. - Manage risks and incidents in a timely manner, including root cause analysis. - Collaborate with product and IT teams to develop and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and quality. - Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of initiatives and ensure continuous monitoring and refinement. - Manage sensitive projects with discretion and confidentiality. - Identify and analyze opportunities for process improvements and optimization. - Provide training, coaching, and support to team members and stakeholders as needed. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline; master's degree and relevant certifications preferred. - 8+ years of project management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and manage conflict. - Strong experience in collaborating across different teams and managing cross-functional team members. - Self-motivated with analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to adapt to changing environments and processes. - Experience in process improvement and change management. - Proficiency in using Google Suite, Rally, Atlassian, and other project management tools. Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this position is $83,950.00/year to $119,900.00/year.
