    Job Description

    Job Advertisement: Enterprise Risk Analytics (ERA) Transformation Program Manager

    We are looking for an individual to join our team as an Enterprise Risk Analytics (ERA) Transformation Program Manager. This role involves managing the Stress Testing Book of Work and Consent Order across different Risk segments/stripes, in collaboration with other ERA Subject Matter Experts (SME), Program Management leads, and various departments.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide support for new or existing programs
    • Gain a deep understanding of the Target State and Outcomes for the Stress Testing Book of Work, and each project within it, for the assigned portfolio
    • Create a strong ownership and accountability model for each project under management, with transparent governance, oversight, and approvals
    • Ensure each program has clear objectives and milestones to achieve desired outcomes
    • Monitor program execution to align with supervisory expectations and address underlying issues or root causes
    • Proactively manage project risks and implement risk mitigation strategies
    • Identify and escalate program constraints or issues, collaborating with Program Leads to provide necessary support
    • Oversee project and program portfolio reporting, including RAG ratings, key performance indicators, status updates, and adherence to timelines and quality standards

    Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

    • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
    • Strong background in product program governance and risk management, particularly in Stress testing
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
    • Understanding of credit and operational policies and procedures
    • Ability to interpret financial and risk reporting, with experience in the business and/or technical area preferred
    • Familiarity with global regulatory landscape, ideally in the banking industry or regulatory institutions
    • Prior experience in managing Regulatory Inspections and Audits within a financial services company
    • Excellent professional communication skills to engage and interact with senior bank, regulatory, and audit management
    • Extensive project management experience, with the ability to develop project plans and lead stakeholders towards milestones and deadlines
    • Experience in issues resolution, including root cause analysis, mitigation plans, and remediation activities
    • Familiarity with relevant databases and systems used for tracking and monitoring issues
    • Expert knowledge of Citi products, risk processes, controls, and regulatory requirements
    • Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
