    Job Description

    ** Job Title : Nurse Practitioner (Digital)**

    Travel Required : Up to 10%

    Clearance Required : Ability to Obtain Public Trust

    What You Will Do:

    • Coordinate and manage various clinical trials, including data management, protocol implementation, and tracking.
    • Recruit patients, obtain medical history, and ensure proper consent for research participation.
    • Collect and process laboratory samples, including storage and shipping.
    • Collaborate with referring physicians to procure samples for research.
    • Monitor patient response to therapy and adjust care plans accordingly.
    • Manage protocols and ensure compliance with regulations for human subject research.
    • Maintain records, provide administrative guidance, and respond to inquiries and audits.
    • Train clinic staff on research practices and data collection.
    • Conduct quality assurance activities and report data to regulatory agencies.
    • Analyze data, publish findings, and participate in leadership and professional development activities.
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve healthcare delivery.

    What You Will Need:

    • BSN or MSN degree and a valid Nursing license.
    • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a clinical or patient care environment.
    • Knowledge of clinical trial processes is desired.
    • Experience in data collection, organization, and patient record management.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
