    Job Title: Operations Associate Type: Full-time Experience Level: Experienced Education Required: Bachelor's Degree Travel Percentage: 0% Job Description We are currently seeking an Operations Associate to join our team. As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for performing various tasks in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure documents (SOPs) to meet internal and market deadlines. Your role will involve monitoring tasks, escalating concerns to management, and working to reduce risks and improve processes. Responsibilities: - Perform tasks according to SOPs within specified deadlines. - Collaborate with the management team to address capacity concerns and delegate tasks when necessary. - Monitor controls and checks to ensure data accuracy, reporting any issues or near misses. - Timely closure of SLA breaches and performance issues. - Strive to exceed SLAs and provide excellent support. - Adhere to risk and control policies, identifying gaps and suggesting improvements. - Work closely with other teams to resolve issues and queries. - Stay updated on current industry trends. - Manage client communication electronically. - Review client books and perform internal communication with other teams. Qualifications: - Knowledge of listed derivatives, OTC and futures. - Strong understanding of reconciliations, ledgers, and statements. - Experience in payment and treasury processes. - Client-facing experience. - Strong communication skills. - Ability to read and analyze statements. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel. - Familiarity with payment systems and utility-type systems.
