    The pay range for this position is $109,000.00 - $196,200.00 per year.

As a Senior Account Executive, Partner Solutions Group, you will work closely with recognized brands and agencies to build strong relationships and drive revenue growth. Your expertise in the digital media industry and ability to navigate complex organizations will help you succeed in this role.

    Primary responsibilities include:

    • Building relationships and securing advertising revenue from both current and new clients.
    • Leading client strategy, negotiations, and proposal delivery.
    • Providing solutions that meet client needs.
    • Delivering client presentations and education.
    • Overseeing the sales cycle and collaborating with internal teams to provide industry-leading solutions.
    • Providing monthly account updates, pipeline reporting, and revenue forecasts.

    About you:

    • You have a four-year degree or equivalent experience.
    • You have at least 5 years of experience in digital media sales, agency, or marketing.
    • You have a proven track record of revenue growth and accountability for sales revenue of $5M or more.
    • You have extensive knowledge of the digital media environment, trends, technologies, and agency landscape.
    • You possess strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • You thrive in ambiguous situations and can adapt to changing priorities.
    • You are a collaborative partner and work well with cross-functional teams.
    • You are willing to travel as necessary for client and/or agency coverage.

    This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid (known internally as "Flex for Your Day") work arrangement based on Target's needs. Remote work means you can work full-time from home or an alternate location, with occasional travel to headquarters. Hybrid/Flex for Your Day allows for a mix of remote and onsite work, depending on your role and responsibilities. Work duties must be performed within the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise specified by Target.
