About the team/role
As the VP of Total Rewards at Checkr, you will report to the Chief People Officer and be responsible for overseeing our compensation and benefits programs. This includes salary programs based on location, executive bonuses, variable compensation, stock-based compensation, benefits strategy and administration. You will have the opportunity to challenge the status quo and design scalable Total Rewards programs that are simple, easy to understand, and embraced by our employees.
