ABOUT THE POSITION

The Style Consultant role is centered around providing exceptional guest experiences and showcasing our passion for style. As a Style Consultant, you will assist guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room, ensuring they have access to the right products in the right sizes, styles, and colors. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a welcoming and organized sales floor, staying up to date with industry trends, and providing personalized recommendations to enhance the guest's look.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome and greet guests authentically
• Observe and tailor your approach based on guest needs
• Stay updated on sales goals, inventory, and guest traffic
• Maintain a guest-ready and inspiring sales floor
• Stay knowledgeable about current trends and execute visual standards
• Utilize fitting rooms to provide personalized recommendations
• Be familiar with products, tools, and services available in the store
• Prioritize workload based on guest needs and business goals
• Support product assortment changes and maintain visual displays
• Accurately execute backroom tasks and fulfill guest requests
• Provide excellent service while ensuring safety and compliance
• Support guest services and other duties as needed
