Job Title: Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services Coordinator Responsibilities: - Collaborate with referring providers to assist their patients in obtaining behavioral/mental health assessments and treatment recommendations. - Provide psychosocial assessments, social work consultation, psychoeducation, and community referrals. - Coordinate psychiatric evaluations for patients to provide diagnostic clarification and treatment recommendations. - Function as a member of the Pediatric Psychiatry Collaborative team. Experience Required: - 2+ years in pediatric social work, with a preference for mental/behavioral health experience. Education Requirements: - Master's degree in Social Work (MSW). License/Certification Requirements: - Current NJ SW License (NEW JERSEY SOCIAL WORKER), LCSW preferred. Special Requirements: - Scheduled Days/Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM. - License/Certification: NJ-LCSW Preferred, NJ-LSW Preferred. - Education: MSW Required.
