Position: On-Demand Team Member (TM)

As an On-Demand TM, you have the flexibility to work as much or as little as you like. Your schedule may vary depending on shift availability and store needs, making this role ideal for individuals seeking a personalized work schedule.

• You have the opportunity to create your own schedule by picking up shifts using our myTime mobile scheduling app.
• We require active engagement from you, including picking up and working shifts, as well as responding to our attempts to contact you.
• Regular attendance is necessary, and you must work at least one shift within 6 months to maintain your employment.
• If offered a position, you will attend a Target Welcome orientation and participate in a short-term structured training schedule to prepare for your role. After that, you can use the myTime app to pick up shifts.

About the Role: Service & Engagement

As a Guest Advocate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience. Your responsibilities may include:

• Creating a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests and being attentive to their needs
• Assisting guests by answering questions, providing product recommendations, and resolving concerns
• Understanding and promoting various benefits, offerings, and services available at Target
• Scanning and bagging items efficiently and maintaining a clean work area
• Supporting order pick up, drive-up, and registry services
