On-Demand Team Member Opportunity

Joining as an On-Demand Team Member gives you the flexibility to work as much or as little as you like. Your schedule may vary based on shift availability and store needs. This type of role is perfect for those who seek a personalized work schedule. You will have the opportunity to create your own schedule by picking up shifts posted by leaders or other team members using our myTime mobile scheduling app. We require your active engagement and response to our communication attempts to ensure a successful working relationship. Regular attendance is necessary, and you must work at least one shift within 6 months to maintain employment.

What You'll Do as a Guest Advocate

• Provide a welcoming experience by greeting and authentically engaging with all guests
• Adapt to different guest interactions and situations
• Be knowledgeable about the store's offerings to assist guests and enhance their experience
• Communicate effectively and promote various benefits, offerings, and services
• Deliver outstanding service and resolve guest concerns
• Assist guests with product returns and follow store policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean work area and stock supplies during store open hours
• Follow safety policies and best practices to ensure a safe working environment
• Support guest services such as Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry
