Position Type: Full-Time Average Hours: 30-35 hours per week Starting Wage: $22.75 per hour Duties and Responsibilities: - Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders. - Relocate merchandise in the warehouse according to handling guidelines. - Organize and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments. - Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety. - Participate in warehouse inventory counts. - Cooperate and communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership. - Provide input to improve warehouse processes. - Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation issues. - Independently make decisions within the assigned responsibilities. - Assist warehouse management in achieving goals. - Follow company policies and procedures accurately and efficiently. - Follow ergonomic program and operate equipment with safety guidelines. - Notify management of product quality, safety concerns, and sanitation issues. - Perform other assigned duties. Job Qualifications: - Must be 18 years or older. - Demonstrate concern for quality, integrity, and safety in work. - Collaborate and cooperate with team members and supervisors. - Maintain a positive attitude and resilience in the face of challenges. - Drive for success by delivering excellent performance and adhering to policies. - Organize and execute tasks efficiently to support productivity in the warehouse. - Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Basic arithmetic skills for calculations. - Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Physical Requirements: - Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds on pallets at various heights. - Move merchandise and prepare for store deliveries. - Sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the warehouse. - Work in varying temperatures, hot and cold. - Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
