About the Position

As an On-Demand team member, you have the flexibility to create your own schedule and work as much or as little as you prefer. Your availability will depend on the needs of the store and shift availability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service, welcoming and assisting guests with their needs
• Understand and promote the various services and offerings available within the store
• Scan and bag items efficiently, while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
• Be knowledgeable about the products and answer any questions that guests may have
• Assist guests with returns and resolve any concerns or issues
• Contribute to an inclusive and positive guest experience

Qualifications

• Effective communication skills and a friendly attitude towards guests and team members
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
