Pay Range: $19.23 - $34.62 per hour

About the Role:

In this role, you will provide support to the HR team by maintaining employee records, handling employment orientation, compensation and benefits administration, and managing various HR processes. Key responsibilities include:

• Interacting with team members at all levels within the organization and external candidates.
• Ensuring compliance with employment regulations and company policies.
• Managing compensation and benefits programs.
• Coordinating and executing employee training programs.
• Assisting with answering employee questions and escalating concerns.
• Supporting special projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of administrative experience.
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and computer systems.
• Strong customer service skills and communication abilities.
• Ability to prioritize, organize tasks, and handle highly confidential information.
• Initiative and the ability to make fair and consistent decisions.
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a team environment.
