Laventure, Inc. operates 10 Great Clips salons in Central Ohio, where our stylists make between $20-$30+ per hour. We offer a competitive hourly wage along with tips and bonus incentives. Hair Stylist/Barber Qualifications:

• Valid cosmetology and/or barber license (licensing requirements may vary by state/province)
• A genuine passion for building connections with customers and providing excellent haircuts
• The desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience (don't worry, we provide training!)
• The ability to work collaboratively with teammates to create a supportive and positive salon atmosphere
