Responsibilities:
    - The registered nurse (RN) is responsible for coordinating nursing care, including direct patient care, patient and family education, and transitions of care. - The RN supports professional nursing practice across different settings and throughout the patient's healthcare journey. - They follow the Mayo Clinic Nursing Professional Practice Model and adhere to the ANA Nursing: Scope and Standards of Practice. - The RN demonstrates leadership through mentoring, teaching, and participating in quality improvement efforts. - They may also delegate patient care tasks based on factors like skill level, experience, patient acuity, fiscal accountability, and resource availability. Qualifications:
    - Must be a student or graduate of a nursing program. - Entry-level associate degree registered nurses starting on or after April 1, 2020, must complete a baccalaureate degree in nursing program within five years. - Entry-level associate degree registered nurses starting before April 1, 2020, must meet the baccalaureate degree requirement program in place at the time of hire. - Must possess a current RN license as required by the state. - Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross is required for most positions. - Additional state licensure and specialty certification/training may be required based on the work area. Compensation and Benefits:
    - Compensation ranges from $34.06 to $54.20 per hour. - Full-time positions are available. - Benefits eligibility is included. Schedule:
    - This position operates on a full-time schedule with 60 hours per pay period. - The schedule includes 12-hour rotating day/night shifts. - Weekend schedule involves working every third weekend and two holidays per year. Location:
