    The Network Invoice Associate will ensure timely payment processing for invoices and provide support in related reporting.

    Responsibilities:

    • Receive, sort, and prepare incoming invoices via mail and fax from clients and agents, and respond to them promptly
    • Enter paper invoices into the company's mainframe system
    • Process policy holder reimbursements
    • Handle urgent network invoices from internal and external departments in cases of client issues, time constraints, or research response issues
    • Re-key web and paper invoices for the Safelite Billing department
    • Communicate with shops, insured individuals, and agents to obtain necessary information for invoicing
    • Create Safelite referral numbers on invoices that were not reported by insurance clients
    • Process additional supplemental invoices submitted by shops for further payment from insurance clients
    • Assist in service center duties as required
    • Communicate with internal and external clients regarding claim status and department processes
    • Provide excellent customer service by answering, resolving, and recording incoming emails in the mainframe system for external shops, agents, and clients regarding Network shop and Customer Reimbursement invoices

    Requirements:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • General office experience preferred
    • Previous experience in basic ten-key typing is a plus
    • Proficiency in typing and organizational skills
    • Availability to work Monday to Friday
