    Job Title: Account Manager

    Job Summary:

    The Account Manager is responsible for achieving revenue growth targets set by the sales organization. They will generate leads and opportunities within assigned accounts, build relationships with clients, and ensure timely payment from contracts. The Account Manager will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize client satisfaction and success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Attain revenue growth targets as set by the sales organization
    • Generate leads and opportunities within assigned accounts
    • Maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities
    • Develop relationships with assigned account contacts
    • Ensure timely payment from assigned contracts
    • Maintain ATS branding at assigned contract sites
    • Keep assigned account information up to date in CRM
    • Work with ATS Marketing to develop growth campaigns
    • Lead internal account review meetings
    • Own the customer feedback and survey program
    • Develop and deploy strategies to sell and retain products and services
    • Consult as a subject matter expert to site level decision-makers

    Success Metrics:

    • Achieving quota
    • Growth of pipeline
    • Customer satisfaction
    • Renewal of contracts

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field OR 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service
    • Demonstrated track record of at least 2 years in sales

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Knowledge of the manufacturing industry
    • Ability to advise on technical requirements and solutions
    • Strong relationship management skills
    • Public speaking and presentation skills
    • Team building and adaptability
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

    Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

    The employee may need to stand, walk, use hands/fingers, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, and talk/hear. The job may require using a telephone, keyboard, computer, and other office equipment. Occasional lifting/moving of more than 30 pounds may be necessary. The employee may also need to sit for long periods and have close/color vision. Work is typically performed in a moderately noisy business office.
