We are hiring for a Full-time Weekend RN Position!

Do you have a passion for providing care? Join our team as a Home Health Weekend Registered Nurse. This field position involves skilled nursing visits, coordinating client care, and acting as a point of contact for all disciplines involved in patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform skilled nursing visits and coordinate client care
• Act as a point of contact for all disciplines involved in patient care
• Ensure appropriate frequency of visits for each episode
• Consult with physicians and office staff to provide details about patient care
• Accurately collect and update OASIS documents
• Ensure timely reporting of lab values to physicians
• Attend case conferences and monthly meetings

Requirements for Registered Nurses (RNs):

1. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment
2. Preferred minimum of one year of clinical experience
3. Knowledge and skill in current nursing practice
4. Valid state driver’s license and automobile liability insurance
