Qualifications for Hair Stylists/Barbers:

• Must have a valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
• A passion for building genuine connections with customers and providing exceptional haircuts
• A desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience (don’t worry, we provide training)
• The ability to work collaboratively with teammates and contribute to a supportive and positive salon atmosphere
