As an On-Demand Team Member (TM), you have the flexibility to choose how much you want to work. Your schedule may vary depending on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those who want a personalized work schedule.

• Pick up shifts that work best for your schedule using our myTime mobile scheduling app.
• Active engagement is required - pick up and work shifts, and respond to our attempts to contact you.
• We will reach out to you throughout the year to confirm your availability and interest in working at Target. Failure to respond may result in termination.
• Regular attendance is required - work at least one shift within 6 months to maintain employment.
• Attend a Target Welcome orientation and complete a short-term training schedule before starting the role.

ALL ABOUT SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT

Guest Advocates are passionate about providing exceptional guest service and exceeding expectations. They are knowledgeable about our offerings and work to make the shopping experience seamless and enjoyable. Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering excellent guest service by greeting and assisting guests.
• Adapting to different guest interactions and needs.
• Promoting and selling our benefits, offerings, and services.
• Assisting with scanning and bagging items, minimizing guest wait times.
• Informing guests about brand launches, store activities, and events.
• Explaining the benefits of the Target RedCard and assisting guests with the application process.
• Supporting guest services like Order Pick Up and Drive Up.
• Maintaining a clean work area and complying with safety policies.
