We are currently looking for Small Format Team Members to join our team at our Denver location. In this role, you will have the chance to provide exceptional guest service, ensuring that every individual who shops with us has a positive and enjoyable experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO AS A SMALL FORMAT TEAM MEMBER

• Greet and engage with guests in a friendly and genuine manner, making them feel welcome and valued
• Assist guests by understanding their specific needs and providing them with information about our products and services
• Work across various departments, ensuring that the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe store environment, including attending to spills, restrooms, and garbage collection
• Support the team by completing assigned tasks and workload efficiently
• Adapt to changing priorities and effectively prioritize tasks
• Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies
