** What You Will Do :**
We are looking for a Global Health Finance Data Analyst to support a global health initiative focused on HIV/AIDS relief. In this role, you will gather and analyze requirements for software solutions, test financial data, develop reporting tools, ensure data quality and accuracy, and work with system teams to facilitate data flows. Attention to detail, critical thinking, and excellent communication skills are crucial for success in this position.
** What You Will Need :**
US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust
Bachelor's degree
At least five (5) years of relevant experience
Experience with Python, R, or SQL
** What Would Be Nice To Have :**
Proactive in gaining insights from data and using those insights to affect change
Experience with research, data gathering, and presenting results in client-ready deliverables
Ability to problem-solve and think critically in integrated systems environments
Data testing and validation skills
Experience in developing training materials and communicating with a global audience
Project management, business process analysis, and change management skills
Familiarity with industry-standard project management and workflow solutions (e.g., Jira, Confluence, GitHub), Amazon Web Services, MicroStrategy, and DHIS2 platforms
Experience building relationships with executive level clients and business owners
CDMP/CAPM/PMP certifications
Experience in federal financial management, data management, data governance, data exchange, data analytics, and visualization
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
