    Job Responsibilities

    - Support accurate receiving, distribution, inventory control, transportation, and storage of products in specific departments. - Ensure safety, security, and productivity standards are met in the movement of materials throughout Mayo Clinic. - Interact with suppliers for expediting, returns, and problem-solving related to invoices and receipts. - Handle a high volume of requests from Mayo Clinic staff, providing support and resolving inquiries and problems. - Collaborate with other Supply Chain Management areas to resolve issues and work on special projects. - Research and resolve problem transactions related to invoices and shipments. - Assist with the distribution of medical products, including controlled substances and hazardous materials. - Maintain data integrity in transactions by utilizing reports and identifying processing delays. - Comply with policies and regulations and assist with continuous improvement initiatives. - Perform other job-related duties as assigned by leadership.

    Qualifications

    - High School diploma/GED required, along with two (2) years of supply chain or business related experience. Equivalent combination of an Associate's Degree and one (1) year of experience will also be considered. - Strong computer skills, communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented atmosphere. - Adaptability and flexibility in an ever-changing work environment. - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively. - Basic understanding of accounting principles. - Willingness to share knowledge and support department and institutional initiatives. - Ability to manage time and meet deadlines. - Some employees may be required to drive, so a valid driver's license may be necessary.

    - Five 8-hour shifts, Monday - Sunday - Shifts may vary between 6:00am - 2:30pm and periodically between 9:30am - 6:00pm - Schedule subject to change to support hospital and patient needs - 1.0 Full Time Equivalent (FTE), meaning 80 hours biweekly

    Weekend Schedule

    - Staff are also scheduled for holiday and weekend rotations - Typically planned in advance but subject to change to support hospital and patient needs - Shifts are 8 hours between 6:00am - 6:00pm
